5. Text (SMS) Messaging Communications Program

By providing your phone number through our website forms, verbal consent during calls, or written consent during client onboarding, you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from 361 Property Management LLC through our phone numbers. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) and may include:

  • Transactional messages: Sent to prospective landlord-clients and tenants who provide their phone number for appointment scheduling, property-related updates, rental inquiries, maintenance requests, or other account-related communications.   • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier’s plan.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to losses from inaccurate tenant screening results, data breaches, service interruptions, or issues with linked software or external sites. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
